The founder of Evolvia Impact has been fortunate to collaborate with changemakers across the humanitarian, development, and health sectors, designing learning experiences that empower teams, strengthen systems, and center the communities they serve. A few highlights from this ongoing journey:      

🌍Humanitarian & global health learning: Nearly a decade with the World Food Programme supporting leadership and programme learning in emergencies (blended design, facilitation, e-learning, podcasts, virtual production, evaluations, learning strategy, project management, LMS) and virtual leadership programs with the World Health Organization across Africa in three languages.

🤝Local ownership, collaboration & evidence-based learning: Served as learning lead for Ukraine country portfolio, produced virtual workshops for USAID with government, international partners, and global health professionals in Uganda, supported in-person conferences in Senegal, Egypt, and Thailand to strengthen locally-employed USAID staff and drive localization, designed and facilitated regional LAC convenings in El Salvador, co-facilitated virtual gender training for local partners in Senegal.

💡Digital enablement & transformation: Led a virtual production practice area and systems-building, coached and mentored a globally distributed team, produced large multilingual events and complex hybrid conferences, launched podcast series and scalable e-learning assets, advanced practical AI-for-learning and digital platforms. Delivered digital capacity trainings for IOM, FAO, OCHA.

🔗Policy & partnerships: Facilitated cross-agency collaboration for the Environment and Security Initiative of the United Nations Environment Programme, supported government fora for GIZ’s Global Partnership on Drug Policies and Development promoting evidence-based public health approaches and conducted policy research and coordinated projects on rural development, human rights and drug policy in Latin America and Asia.
